The
University of South Alabama Biomedical
Library consists of three separate
sites. All
sites contain standard reference works
in print or electronic formats; approximately
1200 current periodical subscriptions
and 17,000 books in the health sciences.
Materials at all locations are listed
in the University Libraries' online catalog
(SOUTHcat).
Circulating items may be checked out
by University of South Alabama patrons
with valid USA library cards at the appropriate
circulation area. |

Baugh Biomedical
Library - Campus Site |
The
Campus Site collection primarily supports
the academic health sciences. It contains
books and journals for nursing, academic
health sciences, and speech pathology. It
also houses all copies of journals owned
by the Biomedical Library dating back eleven
years or older.

University
Medical Center Library Site |
The
UMC Site is located in the Mastin Building
at the University Medical Center. It primarily
contains books and journals for clinical medicine,
physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical
technology, radiation technology and cardiorespiratory
care.

Children's
& Women's Hospital Library Site |
Located
at the Children's & Women's Hospital
this library site primarily contains books
and journals concerning obstetrics, gynecology,
and pediatrics.
