To retrieve your document, you need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine. Type the email address that your notification was sent to in the Login box. Type the Pin Number that was sent in your email in the 'PIN' box. Click on the Submit button in the lower left corner of the screen. The document should load using the Adobe Acrobat reader. If not, contact your systems support person or download and install Adobe Acrobat. If you are certain Adobe Acrobat is loaded correctly and works with other pdf documents, check the FAQ or call the Document Delivery Department at 251-460-6891.
Note: by using this service, you are agreeing to uphold the copyright restrictions applicable to all library materials, be they paper or digital.
