About the EMIG

The Emergency Medicine Interest Group at the University of South Alabama organizes events and activities which allow students to learn about and experience the many aspects of emergency medicine. Meetings are held monthly and range in topics from "The Future of Emergency Medicine" to radiologic, EKG, casting and suturing workshops.

Membership is not limited to those planning a career in Emergency Medicine. All students with even a passing interest are invited and encouraged to attend our meetings.

This is your group. We need to hear from you to know what you would like to hear about...what actually interests you about Emergency Medicine.
