"THE BUG" is an electronic publication from the division of pediatric infectious diseases at the University of South Alabama. It contains ten points of information pertaining to Infectious Diseases with an emphasis in pediatrics. The information contained here is obtained from peer reviewed medical journals or from official publications.

Every issue of “THE BUG” contains an “unknown case” which occasionally may have a picture or figure attached to it.  “THE BUG” is published the second Friday of every month.
