Instrumentation:

The laboratory houses a Molecular Devices four-chamber Cytosensor®, a configuration that permits up to four samples to be analyzed during a single run.

The Cytosensor is coupled to a Macintosh PowerPC and HP DeskWriter 660C color printer.
 

Other equipment:

The laboratory includes a 6-foot laminar-flow, tissue-culture hood, pH meter, inverted microscope, water bath, and (in an adjacent laboratory), a water-jacketed CO₂ incubator.
