Printing PowerPoint Presentations

Select File/Print
Set "Print what:" to Handouts
Set "Slides per page:" to 4 (2 if fine print)
Set "Order" to your choice
Check "Scale to fit paper"
Go to "Properties"
Select "Landscape"; click on "Apply"; click on "OK"
Click on "OK"

This uses less paper (which you pay for) and also uses less toner, which determines the cost of printing in the future.
